Don’t hate me, lol. His point was basically damage control.

Difficult decisions are made sometimes using unpopular, difficult solutions that prioritize what’s important as a realistic immediate stabilization over an idealistic complete resolution. It provides a fighting chance for many now vs the option to all lose out in the long run.

I also thought the snap was incredibly revealing of the rapture.
