What’s the best advice you’d give to someone younger than you?

You and life are meant to flow seamlessly together, like a beautiful stream. Of course, there are always boulders and broken branches and other obstacles that get caught in the stream. But even those have their purpose to guide you down through the channels of life. So, if you:

1. discover who you are

2. do the necessary work to change what you need to

3.  and be the best you can be,

you will see the streams of life move with you and for you, rather than against you.

A battered raft knocked about to and fro always needs to be rebuilt, but a raft skillfully used to navigate is full of the joys of life, breathtaking adventures and exuberant experiences that create meaningful seasons and connections built on fullness and a cheerful heart rather than a misleading autopilot attraction to emptiness that produces a broken spirit.

Simply put, you will receive what you put out. So whoever you are, whatever you do, wherever you go and whatever you choose, make it good – make it great – and make it the best, so that good – great – and the best would follow – and good, great and the best will be your return.
